CAD Design
Thanks to the use of the most advanced three-dimensional modeling software, we are able to design and create the most diverse mechanical components, both single and the entire vehicle.
In detail we deal with:
Vehicle Layout
Mechanical components in general
Frame and suspension
Vehicle setup study
Ergonomic study
Feasibility analysis and assembly
FEM Analysis
Activity carried out in parallel with CAD design, FEM analysis allows to perform structural checks on mechanical components through virtual simulations that allow the design of parts with the best possible characteristics regarding lightness, mechanical/thermal/fatigue resistance and dimensions. These analyses can be performed both with the search for maximum rigidity (e.g.: footrests, handlebars), and upon reaching a certain range of rigidity (e.g.: for components such as frame, fork, steering plates).
Lavorazioni meccaniche
Thanks to the collaboration with leading companies in the mechanical processing sector, we are able to produce any mechanical component in the most varied aluminium alloys (7075 T6, 6082, 5083, 7020, etc.), steel and titanium, with extremely rapid lead times and therefore suitable for the Motorsport sector.
The Company's future development plan includes the purchase of its own machinery in order to increase the flexibility and speed of this service.
Testing and development
Rapid Prototyping
One of the latest technologies released in the field of mechanics, rapid prototyping allows the creation of prototype components for space and assembly feasibility checks, in extremely fast times and at reduced costs: within 24 hours you can go from the idea, to the CAD design up to the printing of the component and its assembly on the motorbike. Furthermore, thanks to the latest discoveries in materials (glass fibre reinforced plastics or carbon fibre), it is possible to create functional components, that is, dynamically usable as they have mechanical resistance equal to or superior to the best aluminium alloys.
Currently supported by one of the best Italian companies in the sector, in the near future we will equip ourselves with a 3D printer of a size that will allow its transport and use on the racetracks, thus providing a just-in-time service for all the needs of the Teams involved in the races.
